Conductometry is a volumetric analytic method in which the end of titration (equivalent point) is defined by an electric conductivity appliance.
coulometry → kulometrija
Coulometry is a quantitative electrochemical analytical method which is based on measuring the quantity of electricity that has passed and on Faraday’s laws.
decomposing → raščinjavanje
Decomposing in analytical chemistry means that a certain substance is converted, by melting it with a suitable melting medium (sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, sodium peroxide, ...) in the kind of compound which will afterwards that dissolve in water, acid or base very easily.
electroanalytical chemistry → elektroanalitička kemija
Electroanalytical chemistry chemistry is the application of electrochemical cells and electrochemical techniques for chemical analysis. The analyte is dissolved in the electrolyte of the cell, and one can perform either qualitative analysis (determination of the type of constituents present) or quantitative analysis (determination of the amount of a given constituent).
microanalysis → mikroanaliza
Microanalysis is a sum of analytical procedures used for researching of very small quantities of matter (around 1 mg).
volumetry → volumetrija
Volumetry consists of adding an equivalent amount of a reagent of exactly known concentration to the analyte. From stechiometrical proportion and added volume of reagent the quantity of matter in question can be calculated.
